The job in brief

  • Create/edit/manage engaging content in a variety of formats that position MzN as a thought leader in the NGO consultancy sector, attracting potential clients by building trust through shared expertise
  • Nurture relationships with clients and potential leads by distributing relevant content via MzN’s CRM tool (Hubspot)
  • Part-time
  • Based anywhere, 100% digital, work anytime, home-based
  • Start: As soon as possible

Must-have experience & skills

  • Experience working in a content creation/CRM management position
  • Able to create engaging content in a variety of formats (blog posts, copy, social media posts), etc. tailored to MzN’s target audience
  • Advanced digital collaboration skills & attitude to work with a global team, including willingness to work flexibly, transparently and collaboratively through online platforms
  • Knowledge of the NGO sector advantage


A full overview of the position:

  1. Manage, oversee and edit all content projects, including:
  • Managing content production from start to finish,
  • Work with internal and external subject experts to gather source material and technical expertise
  • Translate this technical expertise into engaging narratives and multimedia experiences (e.g. podcast and videos – outsourcing the videos is possible)
  • Be the first point of contact with potential clients and follow up with them via MzN’s CRM tool (Hubspot), regularly distributing relevant content and information to nurture these leads
  • Copywriting and copyediting as needed
  1. Strategise content marketing to:
  • Set up and manage a content calendar on the basis of the content strategy
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with MzN business objectives
  • Tailor content to buyer personas and segments
  • Develop a deep understanding of our corporate and product messaging
  1. Lead the distribution of our thought leadership content to external publication platforms (blogs, newspapers, conferences, etc), including taking lead responsibility in pitching articles and creative content ideas
  2. Lead and manage the social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and monthly newsletter production.
