This is a new position and we’re looking for someone with the experience and ability to help us shape the role and define best practice in a way that works for us and our clients.
You will relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to co-ordinate the activity of both our permanent team and a growing roster of freelance contributors.
You will have excellent people management and communication skills so that everyone knows what is expected of them at any given time. But you’ll also be a calm and natural problem solver, dealing with the unexpected and finding practical solutions to scheduling challenges.
Working directly for our Operations Director, you will help us match our resources to the requirements of each project, looking ahead to identify future needs for both permanent and freelance team members.
Working closely with our Creative Director you will help maintain quality and accuracy in the studio.
Producing accurate performance data is one part of the job. Running a happy and productive team is another. Delivering consistently excellent work on time, on budget, on brand is the final part.
We currently use Streamtime, Monday.com, Slack and Xero and are open to other solutions that may help us be more efficient and effective.
