TopFoxx is a rapidly-growing, women-owned start-up founded in New York City, that develops unique, innovative women’s eyewear and accessories, centered around a mission of charitability and commitment towards sustainability. We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager whose years of experience in managing, developing and growing a multitude of social media platforms will bring creative, growth-hacking abilities to our already skilled team. This individual will use knowledge of the ecommerce sector, fashion-industry, high-level marketing and trend forecasting to create high-engagement across TopFoxx’s social media platforms that increase awareness and revenue for our brand. Fueled by the desire to grow and develop skills, this individual will have the potential to become the Social Director of TopFoxx attained through strong accountability, high standards, and merits.

You will work directly with our CEO and founder, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Management of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Facebook Ambassadors Group and Influencer Marketing Program).

  • Manage designers, interns and assistants performance through development of KPIs, ensuring employees are accountable for results and aligning with the standards of the company on a consistent basis

  • Manage our Influencer Marketing programs and team to integrate Affiliates, Influencers, and Ambassadors into each social media platform to increase our engagement, awareness and revenue.

  • Manage and develop our Facebook group community of ambassadors. Create ideas for, post content and engage with our highly active TopFoxx customers, to ensure key consumers feel integrated with and appreciated by the brand.

  • Creating content needed for platforms through graphic design, photography, content shooting and close management and direction of other designers within the team, when needed.

  • Create, manage and ensure implementation of content calendar for all platforms.

  • Continuous research of all current trends in marketing strategies, fashion, and ecommerce industry to conceptualize posts that ensure brand awareness, strong engagement, and community connectivity.

  • Rely on high-levels of creativity, growth-hacking ability and innovative methods to develop strategies that lead to viral content and strong promotion of the brand and products to attract a variety of dedicated audiences and increase sales.

  • Lead and attend meetings with creative and marketing team members to review current and forecasted trends, strategize brand awareness plans, and cohesive messaging.

  • Continuously track all analytics across platforms, including paid social, website, and main platforms to measure success, revenue and identify and solve areas of improvement.

  • Remain dedicated to professional growth through research, training, learning from key professionals and experts in your industry and field, and professional development opportunities.

 

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years professionally managing social media platforms independently, ideally in the ecommerce and fashion industry.

  • Must have a portfolio of proven success in growing social media accounts, creating high-engagement and viral content.

  • Ability to create graphics, photograph high-quality images and videos, and lead creative direction in necessary content creation.

  • Experience with relevant tools: Photoshop (must), Illustrator, After Effects (bonus)

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with urgency, focus, and deep dedication to establish ROI, results, and meet all deadlines, with a can-do attitude.

  • Ability to work independently, where assignments can be completed from initial concept to implementation, while collaborating with other key team members is essential.  

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where forecasting ability and forward planning is crucial.  

  • Must have experience being hands-on in creative ideation and willingness to take on all aspects of each task with urgency, a positive attitude and exceptional eye for detail.

 

Salary & Benefits: 

  • $45,000 – $65,000 based on experience, ability and portfolio

  • Salary is performance and revenue-based; It grows as you and your department do.

Hours: 

Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm

**As a member of the management team, overtime hours are expected, particularly during peak seasons and key events.
