Graphic Designer
Salesforce is seeking a mid-to-senior level Graphic Designer to support our Employee Engagement team with design and production needs. This person will create marketing materials supporting our clients such as Recruiting, Onboarding, and various communication groups.

Your Impact

  • Lead email, web, print, digital, and experiential creative projects

  • Develop and create visual designs to develop brands and promote programs

  • Manage schedules with our project manager to ensure timely release of artwork

  • Take abstract messaging concepts and turning them into impactful, inspirational visuals

  • Collaborate with creatives and the Employee Success teams to ensure alignment and best outcome

  • Work with the project leads to innovate existing designs to various sizes and mediums while aligning with brand guidelines


Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 years working in a fast paced agency environment

  • Advanced proficiency in all Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Thorough knowledge of Google Slides, PowerPoint, and/or Apple Keynote

  • Advanced photo retouching and color correcting skills

  • Produce clean, organized, technically accurate files, and filing structures

  • Capable of working independently but collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in creative work with a rich portfolio including print, digital, and web/mobile design

  • Hands on expertise in developing creative solutions and the ability to effectively communicate design thinking and evolution

  • Learn and stay extremely familiar with the Salesforce brand guidelines
