As a Sr. copywriter, you will be part of a growing Marketing organization and you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our content strategy and develop creative marketing campaigns for various channels and media to drive prospect acquisition, lead conversion and customer engagement. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the B2B Fintech industry breaking down complex topics and turning them into simple and engaging content, consistently promoting our brand voice and tone. What you’ll bring to Lendflow You can partner with Sales and other Marketing functions to drive our content strategy to engage and acquire new prospects. You can manage external agencies to create exceptional stories following our brand guidelines, providing clear creative briefs, reviewing and revising content. You collaborate with brand designers to deliver effective sales enablement content, presentations, infographics and other visual content. Champion discovery, research, and data gathering to identify critical user insights and develop effective content. Communicate with a strong voice to shape and position ideas for customer impact Partner with Sales, Customer Success and other Marketing functions to influence integrated marketing campaigns that drive top of funnel engagement and conversion. Write inspiring marketing copy that breaks down complex fintech topics into engaging content that motivates prospects to take an action. Develop copy to build engaging customer journeys, from top of funnel awareness to lead acquisition and conversion, through a variety of touchpoints including digital channels, email, social, and website. Analyze content performance, share insights and propose improvements. You can be a key contributor as we evolve our messaging, voice, and tone. What we’re looking for 7+ years in copywriting and content creation, including cross-channel marketing campaigns and branding. Knowledgeable about the lending industry, fintech or both. Experience copywriting with a performance focus, CRM or direct response marketing and a strong track record of developing effective customer journeys and campaigns. Clear, concise writer who can distill complex ideas into fun, relatable and engaging content that drives measurable results. Excellent grammatical and stylistic skills, best-in-class direct response copy skills, and outstanding writing/creative portfolio demonstrating a variety of writing styles. A business mindset – you’ll help us build a world-class brand AND drive our numbers up. You’ll work with members of the entire organization, so a willingness to learn how our business operates is essential. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Strong editing and proofreading skills. Proficient in Google Suite, project management software (e.g. Trello, Jira, Asana, etc.) and good knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, etc.) ** We don’t expect you to have them all, but we do expect you to be exceptional at some.
