About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and agile product and email copywriter to join our Content team. Reporting to the Editorial Director, the Product & Email Copywriter will write for our Happify and Kopa mobile and web apps. You’ll create UX/UI copy, email newsletters, surveys, notifications, landing pages, and other communications, delivering concise, user-focused copy that drives activation and engagement across Happify Health’s consumer-facing products. You’ll work closely with the Content, Brand, Experience, and Product teams to infuse all messaging with the distinct voices and styles of Happify Health’s products, as well as ensure quality and accuracy, and provide helpful information for our audiences. #Li-Remote
Write mobile & web app copy, which can include landing pages, feature descriptions, and more.
Collaborate with product designers on user flows and page layouts, always advocating for the best user experience for audiences.
Write, test, and seek out best practices for creating in-app messaging, notifications, and email communications that increase engagement with our products.
Collaborate with Product teams to extract informative data from market research and consumer insights to guide positioning and messaging recommendations.
Help maintain the Happify and Kopa copy style guides.
Work with editors and the marketing team to develop and write user surveys.
Maintain Kopa’s and Happify’s voices across all product and content experiences.
Be a go-to-resource and subject matter expert for all product user communications.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of Happify Health’s products and services.
At least 5 years of experience writing UX copy for a consumer audience (health & wellness or mental health preferred)
Experience collaborating with teams across multiple disciplines
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines superior grammar and copyediting skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
Portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
