Requirements

Consistently translate briefs into needed deliverables ensuring performance metrics and brand identity are upheld.
Understands how to translate value props and brand messaging into compelling executions
Participates in deeper conceptual brainstorming to come up with effective solutions
Can interpret and appropriately apply feedback from client and Art Directors (ADs)
Collaborates well with copywriter and Creative Account Managers (CAMs)
Approaches challenges with positive attitude, attentiveness, and high attention to detail.
Continuous focus on growth and challenging themselves
Accurately capture brand tone of voice
Understands how to translate brand value props into core insights which support creative concepts
Can effectively combine visual concepts with language to create strong overall executions
