Examples of the types of graphic/visual design work you’ll do at IHDD include brand identity and style guides, marketing collateral, clinical research study materials, report and presentation layout, data visualizations, user journey maps, static and animated infographics, etc.

? Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (other animation, motion, and UI/UX software a plus);

? Ability to take complex ideas and large amounts of data and bring them to life simply and beautifully and clearly communicate the thinking behind your ideas;

? A focus on both detail and big-picture systems thinking;

? A can-do attitude that drives you to generate multiple alternatives;

? Basic illustration, icon development, and motion graphic/animation experience are all a plus

Key Responsibilities

? Brainstorm and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on opportunities and translate team thinking into relevant design solutions.

? Concept, design, and execute visuals including logos, icons, brand guidelines/style guides, motion graphic titles, reports, patient stories, user journeys, infographics and presentations.

? Create in-process prototypes in our shop for review and alignment with internal and external team members.

? Drive the design portion of projects, including setting deadlines, presenting and pitching work.
