Our growing team is in need of a talented and experienced copywriter to craft content for the Luxury Presence brand. The main goal of this role is to create compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, guides, etc.) to grow organic traffic on the Luxury Presence website. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp on SEO best practices and the ins and outs of marketing, real estate, and technology.
Applicants should be reliable, self-motivated, and able to receive and implement feedback. The role is 100% remote, so communication and the ability to meet deadlines is a must. Preference will be given to those with experience in content marketing, real estate, and technology writing.
Clear, concise, and polished writing style
Understanding of how to write search engine optimized content (SEO)
Curious and willing to research a wide variety of topics that fall under the umbrella of real estate marketing and technology, with ability to write in an authoritative tone
Experience using Google Docs
A degree in marketing, English, journalism, or creative writing preferred (but not mandatory)
Workload is flexible, but availability to write 20+ hours/week preferred
