As the Communications Coordinator for Equal Measures 2030 (EM2030), you will support the communication team with editorial, administration, project coordination, project planning and delivery. You will be required to collaborate with colleagues across the EM2030 secretariat, partners and with a broad range of stakeholders.
This exciting role will see you supporting with project management and the production of assets for circulation for all EM2030 work including major campaigns, launches and any other requests. In this role you will be asked to write media and analytics summaries, whilst also supporting in community management across all EM2030 digital platforms.
We are looking to recruit a self-starter who has experience in supporting and coordinating communication projects, as well as experience with interactive digital and social media. Skilled in the latest digital production and editing software, with proven capacity to take initiative and learn new skills as needed.
To be successful in this role you will have experience organizing, coordinating, prioritizing and following through on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of social media and webinar platforms (Zoom, Webex, etc.). You will also have excellent verbal and written English language skills.
